Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Houston, TX to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the Prada boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and loyal clients through proactive outreach and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while promoting full-price conversion and client retention.
  • Deliver expert product advice across Prada categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories) with meticulous attention to provenance and craftsmanship.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records to drive repeat business and VIP servicing.
  • Execute in-store merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock replenishment to uphold brand aesthetics.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and manage after-sales service, alterations and repairs coordination.
  • Support private client events, trunk shows and in-store appointments, collaborating closely with store management and the clienteling team.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, cash handling protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium brand environment; demonstrable success meeting sales targets preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Strong commercial numeracy, attention to detail and proven ability to manage confidential client information.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods; authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
