Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience and cultivating long-term client loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and cross-selling across departments.
  • Capture, update and leverage client information in the Company CRM to develop personalised follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
  • Promote and support the omnichannel client journey, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints to maximise conversions.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising in line with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Manage client complaints professionally and escalate to the line manager when appropriate.
  • Ensure loss-prevention vigilance and contribute to store security measures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for retail and selling; proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion, art and design and a sound knowledge of the product category.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ambition, resilience, self-motivation and a results-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent English; additional languages considered an advantage.
