Prada Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Deliver luxury customer experience, exceed sales targets, and serve as brand ambassador in this full-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and centre the client experience, adhering to the client journey ceremony to meet every need and request with excellence
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success and KPI achievement
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, brand history, culture, and design DNA
- Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace an omnichannel mindset, providing seamless service across in-store and digital channels
- Maintain expertise in luxury fashion trends and competitor landscape to advise clients with authority
- Take ownership of client complaints and concerns, liaising with management and client services teams as needed
- Host client appointments both in-person and virtually using digital communication tools
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams on daily store operations, stock management, and inventory maintenance
- Execute company procedures with precision regarding cash handling, security, inventory, and logistics compliance
- Operate with the highest standard of care when handling merchandise
- Work as a collaborative team player, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics retail (advantageous)
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury goods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics, or high-end retail sectors. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; additional training in luxury retail, fashion history, or brand ambassador certification is advantageous.
