Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Hong Kong to deliver luxury retail excellence, manage sales targets, and build meaningful client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance to contribute to store-wide success
- Achieve and surpass KPI goals whilst maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service quality
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, heritage, culture, and brand DNA
- Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future business opportunities
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset across in-store and digital touchpoints
- Maintain expert awareness of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to advise clients and guide purchasing decisions
- Resolve client complaints with ownership, liaising with management and Client Service teams as required
- Handle all products with the highest level of care and respect
- Leverage Company digital tools to deliver a comprehensive and integrated luxury experience
- Schedule and conduct client appointments both in-person and via virtual meeting technology
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations, supporting daily store functions and maintaining an organized stockroom
- Execute compliance with Company operational guidelines, security protocols, inventory procedures, and all reporting requirements from head office
- Operate as a team player, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives
- Strong team player with a results-focused mentality
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics sectors is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within luxury, fashion, or cosmetics retail. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
No specific educational qualification required; secondary education or equivalent is typically expected.
