Prada Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales with passion for fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service in accordance with Prada's client journey ceremony
- Drive achievement of individual and team sales targets while maximizing personal sales performance
- Exceed KPI goals and maintain the highest quality of sales and customer service
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Prada products, brand history, culture, and DNA
- Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM to maintain and develop personalized client relationships
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail mindset across in-store and digital touchpoints
- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to inform customer conversations
- Resolve client complaints proactively in collaboration with management and Client Service team
- Operate with meticulous care and respect for all merchandise and products
- Leverage company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience
- Host and conduct customer appointments both in-person and via virtual platforms
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations, participating in daily store activities and maintaining an organized stock room
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, security protocols, cash handling, inventory management, and reporting requirements
- Foster a positive team environment through open communication, collaboration, and commitment to diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Passion for fashion combined with dynamic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and demonstrated drive to achieve sales targets
- Excellent team collaboration and result-oriented approach
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Prior experience in the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is advantageous
