Prada Client Advisor position in Hong Kong—luxury retail sales role combining consultative selling, client relationship management, and brand ambassadorship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance, contributing to overall store success and KPI achievement
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and brand DNA
  • Capture and manage client data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail philosophy, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
  • Own the resolution of client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team
  • Handle all products with the highest standard of care and respect

  • Collaborate with back-of-house operations to maintain organized stock management and participate in daily store operations
  • Adhere to all company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and head office reporting requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
