Prada Client Advisor position in Hong Kong—luxury retail sales role combining consultative selling, client relationship management, and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance, contributing to overall store success and KPI achievement
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and brand DNA
- Capture and manage client data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail philosophy, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
- Own the resolution of client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team
- Handle all products with the highest standard of care and respect
- Leverage company digital tools to facilitate integrated luxury experiences, including hosting virtual appointments and consultations
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations to maintain organized stock management and participate in daily store operations
- Adhere to all company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and head office reporting requirements
- Foster open communication and teamwork with colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven experience in the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry preferred
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within team environments
- Result-oriented mindset with accountability for performance metrics
