Prada Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Deliver luxury customer experiences, drive sales targets, and serve as a brand ambassador in this full-time retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Exceed individual and team sales targets, maximizing personal sales performance and contributing to overall store success
  • Drive KPI attainment, ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service quality
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, brand history, culture, and design philosophy
  • Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
  • Embrace and promote the omnichannel retail mindset, integrating in-store and e-commerce experiences

Qualifications
