Prada Client Advisor position in Hong Kong: deliver luxury retail experiences, build client relationships, and drive sales across omnichannel platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and exceed client expectations by delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Drive achievement of individual sales targets and KPI goals while contributing to overall store performance
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and articulate Prada's heritage, culture, and design philosophy
  • Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Champion omnichannel mindset and seamlessly integrate in-store and ecommerce customer interactions
  • Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to advise clients effectively
  • Resolve client complaints with ownership and professionalism, escalating to management as required
  • Handle all products with the highest level of care and attention to detail
  • Utilize company digital tools to create an integrated and cohesive luxury retail experience
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual client appointments to maximize accessibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with back-of-house operations including inventory management, stock maintenance, and store logistics
  • Execute all company procedures regarding operational guidelines, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting with proactive compliance
  • Foster a positive team environment through open communication, collaboration, and commitment to diversity and inclusion

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Demonstrated passion for fashion with enthusiasm and dynamic approach to client engagement
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Prior experience in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics sector preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mentality
