Prada Client Advisor in Hong Kong – luxury retail sales role with travel allowance and airport placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Drive achievement of individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to overall store success
- Excel against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring exceptional quality of sales and customer service delivery
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, brand history, culture, and DNA
- Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and identify future business opportunities
- Embrace and promote omni-channel retail mindset, integrating in-store and digital customer touchpoints
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Take ownership of client complaint resolution in liaison with line management and Client Service team as required
- Handle all products with the highest level of care and respect
- Leverage Company digital tools to deliver a comprehensive and integrated luxury experience
- Conduct client appointments, both in-person and through virtual meeting platforms
- Collaborate with back-of-house operations, participate in daily store functions, and maintain organized stock procedures
- Comply with all Company operational guidelines, security protocols, cash procedures, inventory management, logistics, and reporting requirements
- Demonstrate team-oriented collaboration, fostering constructive communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion with dynamic and enthusiastic approach
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience
- Preferred background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Strong team collaboration and results-oriented approach
- Fluent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Availability to work at airport retail location is mandatory
