Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Hong Kong to deliver luxury customer experiences and drive sales. Requires 2+ years retail experience, fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony'
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance while contributing to overall store success
- Drive KPI achievement and maintain the highest quality of sales and customer service
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Prada history, culture, and brand DNA
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel mindset across all customer touchpoints
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively
- Resolve customer complaints with ownership, liaising with line management and the Client Service team as needed
- Operate with the highest level of care and respect for all products
- Utilize company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually using available technology
- Work collaboratively with back-of-house operations, participating in daily store activities and maintaining an organized stockroom
- Comply with all company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting requirements
- Foster positive teamwork, open communication, and a consistent exceptional experience while embracing diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Strong team-player mentality and results-oriented approach
- Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is advantageous

Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the luxury fashion, cosmetics, or premium retail sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further fashion or retail education is beneficial but not required.
