Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Hong Kong (Canton Road) to deliver exceptional client service and drive retail sales at its flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with Prada’s luxury positioning, cultivating long-term client relationships through in-person and follow-up engagement.
- Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of clients using clienteling techniques and CRM to drive repeat business and sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of product categories.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients with authority and accuracy.
- Execute boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling, stock management and inventory reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards, ensuring displays, fitting rooms and stock areas reflect brand guidelines.
- Coordinate client appointments, trunk shows and private viewings; liaise with store management on client feedback, special requests and service escalations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury fashion or high-end boutique environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation and polished demeanour.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client development.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by flagship store operations.
- Right to work in Hong Kong and the ability to comply with local employment requirements.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with a proven record of achieving individual sales targets and developing a loyal client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
