MIU MIU Client Advisor in Hong Kong (K11 Musea). Client-facing luxury retail role delivering personalised service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to develop long-term relationships and maximise client retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and effective clientelling.
- Manage client appointments, follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards; ensure product floorstock and backstock are organised.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and assist with inventory operations and stock reconciliation.
- Support in-store events and product launches, coordinating with store leadership to ensure flawless client experiences.
- Stay current on product knowledge, trends and brand campaigns; communicate product stories and craftsmanship to clients.
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and strong clienteling capability.
- Polished professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays; eligibility to work in Hong Kong.
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on retail or boutique sales experience, preferably in luxury or designer brands. Experience with clienteling and CRM processes is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or a diploma in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
