Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service that reflects MIU MIU’s brand codes and exceeds individual client expectations.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a proprietary client base through face‑to‑face interactions, clienteling, and post‑sale follow up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI metrics through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
  • Operate POS and CRM systems accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and process returns and exchanges following policy.
  • Manage inventory: receive, count, replenish stock and coordinate with store management for replenishment and transfers.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and in‑store activations, representing the brand with discretion and professionalism.
  • Convey product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, bags, footwear and accessories and advise clients on styling and fit.

Qualifications

  • Previous boutique or luxury retail sales experience (typically 1–3 years preferred) with demonstrable sales achievements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and a track record of clienteling or CRM use.
  • Strong interpersonal presence, polished communication skills and an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by a luxury mall environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, reliability and the capacity to uphold strict visual and operational standards.
