Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Hong Kong (Canton Road) to deliver luxury client experiences, drive sales and manage omnichannel appointments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience that faithfully represents the Prada brand and values.
- Proactively pursue and exceed individual sales and KPI targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Prada collections and effectively narrate brand history and DNA to clients.
- Capture and maintain accurate client profiles and interactions in the Company CRM to develop long-term relationships and sales opportunities.
- Embrace and execute an omnichannel approach — servicing clients in-store, via ecommerce channels and through virtual appointments.
- Schedule and host client appointments, both in-person and virtually, tailoring presentations to client expectations.
- Operate in accordance with company operational procedures for stock management, security, cash handling, inventory and reporting.
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams to maintain organised stockrooms and support daily store operations.
- Resolve client complaints with ownership and escalate to line manager or Client Service team when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of fashion trends and competitor activity to inform client advice and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or cosmetics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Team-oriented, result-driven and comfortable working within structured retail procedures.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury fashion or cosmetics sector, with demonstrable success in relationship-driven selling and familiarity with CRM-led clienteling and omnichannel service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
