Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised luxury experience that places the client at the centre of every interaction, following the company’s client journey standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs, proactively driving conversion and average transaction values.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and a clear command of Prada’s heritage, collections and brand DNA.
  • Capture and maintain client profiles and activity in the company CRM to develop long-term relationships and personalised follow-up.
  • Embrace an omnichannel approach: host in-store and virtual appointments, leverage digital tools and support ecommerce customer needs.
  • Support daily store operations and back-of-house workflows, maintaining an orderly stockroom and accurate inventory control.
  • Resolve client complaints with discretion, escalating to line manager or Client Service when required, ensuring client recovery.
  • Operate in strict compliance with company procedures for security, cash handling, stock movements and reporting.
  • Collaborate as a team player, fostering open communication and contributing to an inclusive, high-performance working environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience; experience within luxury, fashion or cosmetics is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for fashion, an enthusiastic customer-focused attitude and a commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs while delivering service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken) to serve a diverse client base.

Experience
