Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Hong Kong (Alexandra House) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an extraordinary, personalized luxury client experience at every stage of the client journey, prioritizing client needs and building lasting relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through proactive selling and relationship management across in-store and ecommerce channels.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of Prada collections and brand DNA to advise clients authoritatively and curate relevant selections.
  • Capture and update client data in the company CRM to support tailored communication, clienteling activities and future sales opportunities.
  • Embrace omnichannel retailing: host in-person and virtual appointments, leverage ecommerce platforms and company digital tools to create an integrated luxury experience.
  • Support daily store operations and stockroom organisation, adhere to inventory, cash handling and security procedures, and liaise with Client Service and management to resolve client issues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment, promoting open communication and Prada’s diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of relevant sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or cosmetics retail.
  • Demonstrable client orientation with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven team-player attitude; results-oriented with strong commercial instincts.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with a good command of English.

Experience

At least two years of hands-on sales experience, ideally within the luxury fashion or cosmetics sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
