Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate loyalty and maximise sales of Miu Miu bags and small leather goods.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through targeted outreach, clienteling activities and CRM updates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates and average transaction value.
  • Maintain in-depth product and material knowledge of the handbags assortment, advising clients on fit, care and styling.
  • Ensure boutique visual standards and merchandising directives are implemented and stock is accurately presented.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with strong verbal and written communication in Portuguese.

  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Experience
