Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate loyalty and maximise sales of Miu Miu bags and small leather goods.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through targeted outreach, clienteling activities and CRM updates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates and average transaction value.
