Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth passion and knowledge of the managed product category Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
