Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving line management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Strong passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
