Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers while providing an exemplary in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Stay current with fashion trends and competitive market dynamics
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
- Ensure shop floor and visual displays maintain high standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Maintain vigilance over security protocols and contribute to loss prevention
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken German and English
