Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using an individualised approach and CRM and digital tools.
  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities across departments, execute cross-selling strategies and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Remain informed on fashion trends, seasonal assortments and competitor activity; demonstrate up‑to‑date brand and product knowledge.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and liaise with the line manager when escalation is required.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Adhere to stock control procedures and contribute to loss‑prevention and store security measures.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken German and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse, high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Proven sales and negotiation capabilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong passion for luxury fashion and awareness of market and trend dynamics.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and commitment to brand standards.

Experience
