MIU MIU Client Advisor in Florence, Italy (fixed‑term contract) — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for Miu Miu in Firenze.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximising transaction value and conversion rates.
  • Present and explain product features, craftsmanship and brand story to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure impeccable presentation of the sales floor and assist with window dressing as required.
  • Manage stock movements, receive and process deliveries, perform stock counts and support inventory control procedures.
  • Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash and payments, and complete sales administration with precision.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management to execute promotions, events and client appointments.
  • Uphold brand compliance, store security and loss‑prevention policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric attitude.
  • Professional presentation and strong visual awareness consistent with luxury boutique standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
