Prada seeks a Dutch‑speaking Client Advisor in Brussels — boutique sales role delivering personalised service and luxury retail expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver customised, high‑touch service to Dutch‑speaking clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and personalised product recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash/card procedures and returns in accordance with store policy.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain client records in the CRM, schedule appointments, follow up on enquiries and manage after‑sales service.
- Support stock management activities (replenishment, inventory counts, incoming deliveries) and communicate assortment needs to management.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to drive initiatives, share market feedback and ensure a seamless client experience across channels.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch (required); additional proficiency in French and/or English is an advantage.
- Professional presentation and a service‑oriented demeanour suited to luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a boutique or premium retail environment.
- Right to work in Belgium and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with discreet handling of VIP clientele.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or leather‑goods boutiques, with demonstrated success serving Dutch‑speaking customers.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
