Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Düsseldorf (limited contract) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve clients, delivering an exemplary in-store luxury experience at all times.
  • Develop and maintain personalised client relationships using CRM and digital clienteling tools to maximise loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and cross-sell across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to advise clients and curate selections tailored to their preferences.
  • Maintain the shop floor and visual displays to Prada's operational and merchandising standards; follow stock procedures.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures, remaining vigilant to protect merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken German and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for connecting with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital clienteling platforms.
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion, current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
