Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment that meets their every need and expectation according to the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Welcome and serve customers with excellence in-store at all times, providing consultative guidance on products and trends
  • Actively engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge, staying current with fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Manage customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary
  • Uphold visual merchandising and shop floor standards in compliance with operational guidelines and inventory procedures
  • Contribute to store security and loss prevention by remaining attentive and vigilant against product theft
