Client Advisor role at a leading luxury fashion house in Dallas, TX (NorthPark); seeking an experienced luxury retail professional to deliver personalised client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Manage clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment scheduling and tailored recommendations via CRM.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards: visual merchandising, merchandising replenishment and stock presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate record keeping for sales and client data.
- Collaborate with the store team on product launches, private appointments and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement of targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients discreetly and professionally.

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or premium boutique sales with proven client development and closing ability; experience at a flagship store or within a branded boutique is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail or fashion is desirable but not mandatory.
