Prada seeks a Client Advisor for its NorthPark Dallas boutique to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in Dallas, USA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, relationship‑driven client service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients in the NorthPark boutique.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and appointment management.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date client book and accurately record interactions in the CRM to nurture long‑term relationships.
  • Provide expert product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods and accessories; guide clients through styling and product care.
  • Execute merchandising and visual standards to brand guidelines, including display maintenance and stock presentation.
  • Process transactions, manage POS and handle cash/credit procedures with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support store operations including inventory control, receiving, and preparation for events or trunk shows.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail sales experience with a demonstrable track record meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a polished, client‑focused manner appropriate to a high‑end luxury environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing appointments and a client database/CRM.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
