Miu Miu is seeking a Client Advisor in Dallas (Highland Park Village) to deliver personalised luxury service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Miu Miu’s brand codes and service standards.
- Proactively develop and cultivate a high-value client portfolio through outreach, appointments, and follow-up clienteling activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while forecasting demand and maximising conversion.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across apparel, accessories and seasonal collections; translate product storytelling into persuasive selling.
- Execute visual merchandising and shopfloor standards to uphold luxury presentation and brand image.
- Operate POS and sales administration tasks accurately, including transactions, invoicing and client records.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures within the boutique.
- Collaborate with store leadership on events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in luxury retail or high-end fashion boutiques.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanour, and a service-first attitude aligned with luxury expectations.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with measurable results in client acquisition and sales performance; prior exposure to designer brands or high-fashion environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or related discipline is advantageous.
