Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects Prada’s values and retail ‘client journey’ standards.
- Identify client needs, build and nurture long-term relationships and proactively drive individual and store sales through consultative service and cross-selling.
- Capture and maintain accurate client records in the company CRM to enable personalised follow-up and future commercial opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel approach, supporting in-store and digital client interactions to maximise sales and client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in accordance with company operational guidelines.
- Handle client concerns and complaints tactfully, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures by remaining vigilant and compliant with established procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a constructive team environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service preferred.
- Fluent English (explicit requirement); additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, polished manner.
- Commercially driven with resilience, self-motivation and a track record of meeting sales targets or KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for luxury fashion, product categories and current market/fashion trends.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
