Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, personalised client experience to high-net-worth and regular clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Proactively manage clienteling activities: schedule appointments, maintain and update client records, and execute follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through strategic upselling, cross-selling and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual presentation, merchandising and housekeeping; ensure displays reflect current campaigns and brand directives.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store-level events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; coordinate with the store management and regional teams on client events.
- Collaborate with colleagues on inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving; report product or client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or beauty.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating a client portfolio.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Education
