Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, appointment- and walk-in driven client experience to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Manage clienteling activities using the store CRM: curate client profiles, schedule follow-ups, and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge across current collections and brand heritage to advise high-net-worth clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain floor readiness, ensuring stock rotation and presentation excellence.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store POS; handle after-sales enquiries and service.
  • Support private client events, trunk shows and in-store activations to deepen client engagement and drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share market intelligence, pipeline opportunities and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or premium goods sales, with demonstrable achievement against sales KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal presence, polished grooming and the ability to build trust quickly with affluent clientele.
