Prada is hiring a Client Advisor at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Deliver luxury client service and drive sales in an iconic Prada boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Execute clienteling activities, including proactive outreach, appointment management and CRM record maintenance.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and boutique presentation to Prada standards.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on store events, private appointments and client experiences.
  • Uphold brand presentation, grooming standards and compliance with luxury retail policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury fashion or premium brands strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and nurture client relationships and deliver consultative sales.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the USA.
  • Comfortable with KPI‑driven targets and performance metrics.

Experience
