Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Costa Mesa, USA (South Coast Plaza) to deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience and act as an ambassador for the Brand at all times.
  • Place the customer at the centre of all interactions, guiding them through the client journey ceremony and responding proactively to needs and requests.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to cultivate long-term relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, collaborating with digital and store teams to maximise client engagement.
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling across departments and pursue individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in line with company operational guidelines.
  • Manage customer complaints professionally, escalating to line management when necessary, and contribute to loss-prevention and store security efforts.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, product assortment and competitor activity to support informed selling.

Qualifications

  • Passion for retail and selling within a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrable experience building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering constructive communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; resilient, self-motivated and results driven.
  • Strong product knowledge for the assigned category.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
