Prada seeks a Client Advisor for its flagship location in Cortina to deliver an extraordinary luxury shopping experience rooted in the brand's heritage and philosophy. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, building meaningful client relationships through personalized consultation on Prada's product offerings while maintaining accountability for individual and store sales targets across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by placing clients at the center of interactions, creating welcoming environments, and meeting individual needs according to the brand's client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals while maximizing sales performance and contributing to overall store success
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and articulate Prada's history, culture, and design DNA to clients
- Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Conduct client follow-ups using CRM tools to strengthen long-term relationships and foster client loyalty
- Host and facilitate appointments both in-person and virtually using available technology platforms
- Embrace omni-channel retail principles and integrate company digital tools to provide a seamless, comprehensive luxury experience
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and luxury market developments to inform client conversations and provide expert advice
- Resolve client complaints professionally, escalating to management and client services when necessary
- Handle products with the highest standards of care and respect
- Collaborate with back-of-house staff on daily store operations, inventory management, and stock organization
- Comply with company procedures regarding security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive working environment that reflects company values
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant, or equivalent role, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail
- Demonstrated customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Authentic passion for fashion and luxury with genuine understanding of brand heritage and product excellence
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships within a dynamic retail environment
- Results-oriented mindset with proactive flexibility and strong team collaboration skills

Previous experience in a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant, or similar role within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management, business, or fashion is advantageous but not required.
