Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service within the Prada client journey ceremony, creating a welcoming and luxurious environment that meets client needs and expectations
- Drive individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement, consultative selling, and omnichannel expertise
- Achieve KPI goals whilst maintaining the highest quality of sales consultation and customer service
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, brand history, culture, and DNA
- Capture and manage client data within the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future selling opportunities
- Conduct client follow-ups using CRM tools to strengthen long-term relationships and foster client loyalty
- Host and coordinate appointments in-store and virtually, leveraging technology to enhance accessibility
- Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and emerging styles to provide informed client recommendations
- Address client concerns and complaints with ownership, liaising with management and Client Service teams as needed
- Manage product inventory with precision and care, maintaining organized stockroom operations
- Operate in full compliance with Company procedures, security protocols, cash handling, inventory management, and head office reporting requirements
- Collaborate as a team player with colleagues, fostering open communication to ensure consistent service excellence and a positive working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant, or equivalent role in luxury fashion or premium retail
- Exceptional customer orientation with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver a high-level, personalized shopping experience
- Passion for fashion and luxury with genuine knowledge of Prada heritage and product portfolio
- Results-oriented mindset with proactive, flexible approach to dynamic retail environments
- Strong team player with commitment to diversity and inclusion values

Experience
Previous experience in a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector.
