Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to Mandarin‑speaking customers in a boutique environment, building long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
- Proactively engage walk‑in and appointment clients to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including product presentations, fittings, closing transactions and after‑sales follow up.
