Prada seeks a Client Advisor (Chinese speaker) in Paris to deliver personalised luxury service and grow sales in a flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and international clients, with a particular focus on Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and bespoke service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques.
  • Use the store CRM and point‑of‑sale systems to record client interactions, manage appointments and track sales activity.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready‑to‑wear and accessories to provide informed styling advice and product storytelling.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects the Maison’s brand image and presentation guidelines.
  • Coordinate after‑sales service including bespoke requests, repairs and client feedback, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work cooperatively with store colleagues and management to share market intelligence, support store operations and participate in team training.

Qualifications

  • Native or near‑native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) with excellent spoken English; French language skills are strongly advantageous.
  • Proven luxury retail experience, ideally 2+ years in client‑facing sales roles within premium fashion or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
  • Polished personal presentation, cultural sensitivity, discretion and the ability to build trust with affluent clientele.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
