Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to Chinese-speaking clients, anticipating needs and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through targeted clienteling and conversion of walk-in and appointment traffic.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to ensure authoritative client advice.
- Manage client records and follow up using the store CRM; execute invitations, private appointments and after-sales service with discretion.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards are upheld; support stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Represent the brand at client events and during peak travel seasons, providing culturally attuned service to visiting customers.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Chinese (Mandarin); strong spoken English or French is advantageous.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles, preferably within high-end fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
- Impeccable personal presentation, cultural sensitivity and discretion when handling high-value clients.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak travel periods; legal right to work in France.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales is required; strong preference for candidates with clienteling experience serving international or Chinese-speaking customers.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
