Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by welcoming clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the brand’s client journey.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the company CRM to enable personalised follow-up, clienteling and future sales opportunities.
- Actively pursue sales and cross-selling opportunities across departments to meet individual KPIs and contribute to team targets.
- Promote an omnichannel approach by integrating in‑store and digital touchpoints in client interactions.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop floor presentation in line with Prada operational guidelines.
- Assist in loss‑prevention and maintain vigilance to safeguard merchandise; escalate customer complaints to the line manager as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive and performance‑driven store environment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English is required; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury retail, fashion, art or design.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong team orientation with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Experience in luxury or high‑end retail with a track record of developing client relationships and achieving personal sales targets and KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or luxury training is desirable but not mandatory.
