Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a luxury retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
