Miu Miu (Prada Group) Client Advisor position in Cannes; seasonal contract July–September. Luxury retail sales role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and address their needs and requests, providing excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized approaches and foster long-term relationships
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset across retail operations
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Welcome and serve customers with excellence at all times on the shop floor
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual targets and KPIs
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
  • Address customer complaints effectively, escalating to management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual displays to Miu Miu operational standards and stock procedures
  • Ensure high levels of security and remain vigilant against product theft
