Luxury fashion brand in Cannes seeks a Client Advisor (CDD) for boutique sales on the Côte d'Azur.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, in-store presentations and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Maintain meticulous boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, housekeeping and stock replenishment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage transactions, receipts and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
- Support client database management: record sales, preferences, follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Participate in private client events, trunk shows and seasonal campaigns; coordinate VIP services and bespoke requests.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention measures and local legal requirements for retail operations.
- Collaborate with the store team to share market feedback, customer insights and product intelligence with headquarters.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to manage high-value transactions with discretion.
- Polished interpersonal presence, excellent grooming and a professional approach appropriate to a haute couture environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in stock management and visual presentation.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and during peak tourist seasons common to Cannes.
