Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Russian is advantageous.

Skills

Passion for sales and retail environments. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Experience

Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role, with a track record of building enduring client relationships.
