Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales while delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment, meeting client needs and providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Teamwork and independent work capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-focused environment is preferred.
