CHURCH'S is hiring a Part-time Client Advisor in Brussels — boutique sales role delivering bespoke service and clienteling for Church's footwear.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch service to each client, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets while maintaining a commercial focus on conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients accurately and authoritatively.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and returns in accordance with store procedures.
- Ensure the boutique’s merchandising and visual presentation meet brand standards; assist with window and in-store displays as directed.
- Manage stockflow on the sales floor: replenishment, inventory accuracy, receiving and basic stockroom organisation.
- Support after‑sales service including reservations, alterations follow-up, repairs coordination and client communications.
- Collaborate with the store team and store management to support daily operations and participate in store events and private client appointments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury, premium, or specialist retail sales; boutique or footwear experience preferred.
- Proven track record in clienteling and delivering measurable sales results in a retail environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to build trust with discerning clients.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to store standards, stock management and loss prevention.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique hours.
- Legal right to work in Belgium.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrable success in client service and meeting sales targets; boutique footwear experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is advantageous.
