Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to Prada's operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English, with Dutch as a plus.
  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
