Role & Responsibilities

- Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to Prada's operational guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, with Dutch as a plus.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
