Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs and requests are met with exceptional service.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for sales and retail environments Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Ability to build long-lasting client relationships Teamwork and independent work capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in building and maintaining client relationships within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
