Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating an inviting in-store environment and delivering exceptional service aligned with Prada's client journey ceremony
  • Capture and manage client data within the company CRM system to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Champion the omnichannel mindset by seamlessly integrating in-store and digital touchpoints to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments, promoting open communication and diversity while maintaining a positive working environment
