Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers with excellence, creating a welcoming environment and addressing every need and request in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the Company CRM to establish personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace an omnichannel mindset and actively cross-sell across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
